Notes
The colours stand for the pathways that have been defined in collaboration with the six secondary schools in the Ashby and Coalville area. The secure, exceeding and highest pathways provide the building blocks for the higher grades at GCSE (A*-C or grade 9 to grade 5 under the new grading system).

Expected progress (= 3levels from KS2 to GCSE, as defined by DfE). In 2015, national expected progress was as follows: English 71%, Maths 67%, Core Science 56%.

This shows that a high percentage of students are on track in their classwork to achieving expected outcomes at GCSE.
